		<description>I run as Windows admin account all the time as well. Then again, you won't see me being one of those people who talks a lot about the evils of running as admin. I'll say running as non-admin is better and more suited to an office environment, but for home use, I would never really get on anyone for doing it (most of the people who seem to say stop running as admin are the analysts and journalists who talk a lot but don't really understand the situations usually).

However, I would say it could be a good exercise so that you know what to expect in a business situation where admin rights should not be given out to everyone.

And good to hear about the healthy living! Yeah, good health isn't about complicated diets but rather eating smaller portions, exercising, and eating smarter.  :D</description>
