		<description>It is a good chance there is an issue. Those small charges of $.01 and $.04 are very typical testing transactions to see if the card information is still valid.  I bet even the $1.30 was a test as well, hoping to not be as noticable at least on credit card monitoring services which might always flag such small amounts as suspicious.</description>
