		<description>Awesome interview! I've read Richard's blog for a few years now, and despite that, I still feel like I've read something new about him or his thoughts. To me, that makes for a great interview; going over new stuff or different stuff. It helps that I agree with his view on upcoming challenges and the questions of, "why are we still getting hacked?" despite the monies spent.</description>
